To apply for your pass, please click the button below and complete the application. You will be required to provide the following information:

• Copy of Valid Driver’s License

• Proof of Current Vehicle Insurance

• Year/Make/Model/Color/License plate #

• Written authorization from the Road Right Holder granting access and specifying the approved dates.
  

Pass Process

• Please allow 24-48 hours for your pass to be received and reviewed. Passes are processed Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM.

• Your application is not complete until you have submitted all required paperwork and a completed online liability waiver.

• We will contact you if more information is required to complete your request.

• We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone.

• Once your application is approved, your pass will be emailed to you.

• Passes must be printed and displayed in your vehicle when you are on the road.

Rules and Requirements

• Drivers are required to drive a vehicle that is equipped for off-road winter conditions. (4WD/AWD/Winter Tires)

• Drivers who break down or get stuck are responsible to get a tow immediately.

• Sharing your pass or giving the gate code to someone else will result in immediate revocation of your pass and future access.

• Anyone found using the road without a valid pass will be treated as trespassers and reported to the Madison County Sheriff’s office.

MAKE SURE YOU ARE COMPLETING THE CORRECT PASS REQUEST TYPE. INCORRECT SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ASKED TO REAPPLY.
